On location in Thailand recently I stumbled across the most amazing market. Filled with fantastic scenes of food, smell, activity, excitement and chatter I was amazed at the variety of food for sale. This caught my eye – carefully set trays amongst the chaos, of quail eggs by the dozen. They seemed to stand in opposition to the frenetic activity. I quickly grabbed the image before the feast was consumed by customers!
